I order frequently as my lunch while I’m at work. Even though it gets the job done, I believe the app needs a huge upgrade. The app itself feels elementary compared to most other apps. Every time you order, you have to “add” a delivery address, rather than saving the information from previous orders. Another thing that can be updated is the ability or choose which fountain drinks we want. Right now, there’s only options for Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, and Starry. I have to write a note for the specific drink I want in the “Made for” section. I’d put my name and my drink of choice, and I’d still have it overlooked. I don’t drink soda, so getting a Pepsi when I want a lemonade is a bit irritating. Another inconsistent thing is that the app shows that a regular fountain drink is unavailable for delivery. This doesn’t make sense. My work around, however, is to order a healthy value menu item and pay the up charge for a regular sized fountain drink. At the end of the day, the app needs a serious upgrade. I am a regular customer and this time I waited 20 minutes only for my order to be taken and after that I had to wait for the dumplings. Also the lady taking orders and serving food was leaving the avocado wrapping paper on the counter which for me it is not appropriate because not al customers like avocado or can eat avocado.
