Not sure what’s up with that but if they had done any work to make the app queer friendly they might have figured out that queer men might feel unsafe having their profiles shared with straight men, and also, like, seriously what’s going to come of that? Given the large percentage of LGBTQ folks who are neurodiverse, you’d think that would be something they considered when designing the app, but I guess it’s just actually not a queer affirming app. The functionality and set up of the app seems nice and I love the idea of connecting with other neurodiverse folks. If they did some work to be queer affirming I’d love to give it another try. ### 3/5 — Love what it stands for but needs lots of tweaking *2026-03-17* I like the simplicity of the profile function but these are the things that needs fixing: - the like function when someone likes you and you don’t, you can’t unmatch them they just sit there. So only way to get rid of people is block them. - I don’t like they show people in the world from UK and elsewhere, you only want to see people from your country as I’m from Australia I only want to see people from there. - the chat function is a bit glitchy at times sometimes the text disappears but then comes back and wifi is always on when this happens. I feel comfortable On this app but needs a lot Fixing. ### 2/5 — Limited view of profiles *2026-01-02* I can’t view anything beyond a picture. I actually like to read someone’s profile before “liking” or “dismissing”. One of the things about me being on the spectrum is I’m attracted to personality & intelligence more than looks so not being able to view more than a picture on someone’s profile is absolutely useless to me. Side note/feedback: only being able to look one at a time and having to decide immediately is quite anxiety provoking. Know your target audience better. ### 2/5 — Looks nice, doesn’t work *2025-07-15* As someone on the spectrum, using NT dating or friendship sites is almost as depressing as the pressure at challenger deep. So imagine my surprise when a friend tells me there’s other apps for us ND folk. That is until you need to upload photos, then the app gets confused on what to even do and then becomes stuck and continually tells you to keep uploading a selfie to verify yourself, after about 15 attempts, I gave up. I don’t know if the app actually works or if it’s even good, as I can’t even get passed signing up for it. Again, looks nice, doesn’t actually work. Don’t ever get to look at their profile or talk to them unless both people like each others photos, WORST OUTRAGE to the Disabilty community I’ve ever seen, thanks for billing me for literally nothing! **Developer response:** Hi there, Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. On Wable, both users need to ‘like’ each others profiles to create a match and start chatting. This helps ensure everyone feels comfortable when connecting. With Wable Premium, you can see who has liked your profile before you browse through potential matches. We’d be happy to help - and to make it up to you, we’d love to offer you a month of premium subscription on us! ### 1/5 — Buggy & not showing profiles *2025-03-05* I try pressing the heart button but won’t like the profile and when I visit some peoples profiles they either say blank with a notification saying something went wrong or goes to someone else’s profile that does not match with the profile I am visiting. I hope no one is paying for this *2025-02-16* TLDR: inclusive concept, absolutely terrible execution, doesn’t seem like the finished version of an app So I downloaded this because it says it has a ‘making friends’/non-dating mode. So, firstly, it’s unclear whether the profiles showing up for you are also interested in only friendship, or if they are looking to date. Really unhelpful and confusing. When you toggle ‘make friends’ mode, other settings are still framed as though it’s in dating mode. E.g., even when in friend mode, the filter heading is “I’m open to dating everyone”. Secondly, you can’t actually see anyone’s profile information?? What??? I couldn’t even see anyone’s bio! I tried tapping, swiping all directions, hitting every button I could and I could not get anyone’s bio to show up. What is the point of a non-dating mode if it forces you to swipe right or left based on nothing but someone’s selfies?? A few other things I noticed in the 15 minutes I used this very frustrating app: - The bio doesn’t seem to support using emojis, and glitches out if you try to add one and save - When writing the bio, if you have more than a couple of lines of text, the save button gets stuck behind the keyboard, and it’s really hard to navigate back to the save/exit buttons. I accidentally exited out of the bio edit without saving several times, so annoying - It’s not clear that the small heart on people’s photos is like a once-per-day “super-like” option, so I tapped it without knowing what it did or meant - As well as the Date and Make Friends option, there’s also a “I want to connect with others” option, but doesn’t explain what it actually is or how it’s different to the other options?? - There’s a video section that says it has “Helpful tips for using Wable!”. There is absolutely nothing relevant to actually navigating the app or its interface - The videos have no captions - a huge oversight for an app intended to be used by people with disabilities!!! I thought this would be an inclusive app designed by and for neurodivergent people. I deleted it after less than half an hour because it was glitchy, frustrating to navigate, and incredibly unclear. ### 2/5 — Selfie verification doesn’t work. *2025-02-16, version 1.7* The selfie verification doesn’t work. I’ve tried it 10 times and it still won’t verify me. ### 1/5 — Not responding *2025-01-03, version 1.7* I have deleted the account and reopened a new account, still nothing is working can not change distance or contact anyone. I hope you can sort this problem out. Ridiculous limitation. Several things are repeated on there, by the way. Premium description doesn’t say what length of time is covered by the $9.99 charge. Could be a day, a week, a month, or a year? I can’t see an option to set my preferences for finding suitable matches, and I’m obviously not interested in wasting hours of my time looking at people who are not even close to what I need. **Developer response:** Hi there! Not many people in my area ### 1/5 — Good Idea, Poor App *2026-04-17* review I downloaded this app because I've never tried specifically meeting people who are neurodivergent, and wanted to give it a shot. I had issues with the verification but I did end up getting verified by uploading a photo of me in present time, then doing the live of me matching. It didn't match any of my other photos. I liked that the app was not overwhelming with too much stuff, and kept it simple. However that's just about the only pro I can think of (aside from their vision). You can set your distance, but there isn't any indicator that "we couldn't find anyone within X miles" or anything, I just get shown people from everywhere and never in states closeby. I tried adjusting, waiting hours- nothing. You can get likes, and whenever I would click the tab it wouldn't refresh automatically. I would have to scroll around for it to refresh, even on the first like I got! So if I never did that, I would have thought I had 0. In regards to the likes, you can say you're not interested in someone who likes you yet they remain in the list. New likes appear at the bottom, which makes no sense to me, so you have to scroll through people you've declined to get to new ones. When previewing your profile, it just shows you your profile in the form of your settings just uneditable. You can't see how your photos look enlarged or what it'd actually look like if someone saw your profile. Messages was similar to likes, I had to refresh my messages when I got on to see I had messages from hours ago. I also close all my apps after use, so it should be auto refreshing this information. Overall, good idea but poor app. I uninstalled mostly because I couldn't find people nearby, and without indicating why. ### 1/5 — 🤮 *2026-03-11* Absolutely terrible! I was only on there for a few days and all I got were a bunch of creeps giving me likes. I am 18 and they were 30+, the eldest was 47 (which is my Mum’s age). You need to change your app so that people aren’t only getting likes from only these old yucky men 🤮 ### 1/5 — Can’t read profiles?? *2026-02-14* Why can’t I read anyone’s profile? Do I need to pay for this? If so there’s no clear info about it. Also photo verification is quite tricky and yes I have a clear photo. Great idea but so far disappointing. Really hard to see all pics often won’t show them. I used the app and there was only one person in Jacksonville, which is a large city. I tried to delete the app. It asked me to log in again to ddelete the app, but it wouldn’t recognize my account.
