It took more than 20 minutes just to accept the order, and then the restaurant took around one hour to prepare it. On top of that, the estimated delivery time was more than 30 minutes. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. There was no proper support or effective response to my issue, and I felt like no one was actually trying to help. For a simple order of salads, waiting this long is completely unacceptable. The whole process was slow, frustrating, and poorly managed. I strongly recommend avoiding Wade. I value my time, and this service completely wasted it. I’ve deleted the app from my phone and won’t be using it again.
