I wanted to use the app/program for 2 weeks before I wrote a review.  This is 5 stars for sure! If nothing else, the meal plan is awesome… and that alone is worth the money.
MEAL PLAN: it breaks your meals down (nutritional info), offers a grocery list (selectable days/week), it has good recipes with options for alternatives, and everything I’ve made thus far tastes good. 
WORKOUT: the videos are easy to follow and understand if you’re not familiar with the exercise, there’s a huge number of exercises, you can use alternatives, there’s a home vs gym option, the reps/weight is editable with a note section to refer to as you progress. 
MEMBERS ONLY:  I truly don’t use all the features, but I can see how others can benefit from things like “daily motivational” videos.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: has been great! During the onboarding… I’ve been helped, had questions answered quickly, and asked for some adjustments to the first plan that was made.  All things were handled quickly, professionally, and politely. 
OVERALL: worth every penny!

I love the personalised workouts and the Wades Wisdom videos give me a daily boost to keep going. Thanks for helping me start 2022 right!

I’ve struggled with my weight and fitness for years. I feel like I’ve tried every diet and tried to cut every corner possible. But for the first time I think I found something that keeps me on track and I can see real changes already.  Completely personalised based on my metrics. The work outs are super easy to follow, clear videos with voice instructions makes it completely foolproof. 

Food is always the difficult part for me, I’m quite picky and struggle to continually eat food I’m not fond of, but with the app I can swap out meals and find what I can enjoy and sustain. I’m always on the go having meetings in restaurants, so the dine out feature makes a huge difference and helped me to stay on track.

Honestly life changing!!

The interface flows like water and the training is stellar and the right kind of challenging lead by celeb Joivan Wade and celeb trainer Lorenzo. If I could give this 10 stars I would.

I think this is exceptional. It’s solid. Full on tailored workouts to specific goals. It has everything. I didn’t expect the dine in and out options. That’s the bonus there for me. Meals that make me happy and keep targeting my goals is what it’s about coz that’s where even my clients fail. The workouts are easy to follow and engaging. The motivational tools are great for downtime to solidify your mindset. Highly recommend.
