I had a very disappointing experience with this app. The promised cashback for restaurants was not credited to my account. I submitted a complaint through the app, but I never received any feedback or resolution. This lack of customer support is unacceptable.

Please fix the issue, after login with phone number and otp verification code, they ask me to add passcode but next button hidden behind the numbers keyboard! Not able to move on to the next screen

Not working properly and has a lot of bugs that needs fixing every link you click on will quit the app immediately, no clear instructions regarding the top up steps using cliq service but to top up using your bank card will work, you have to be an expert and has some experience with mobile banking apps to be able to use it with no issues, the app needs to be more organised considering users that has a limited experience with such apps and mobile banking apps in general, 
i ordered a card and had to wait 9 days till I received it as if it was shipped from the other side of the world, 
incorrect way to handle and reply complaints by customers through email that they should be working on to improve.

Good work but needs a huge amount of work to be done to fix the little issues that makes a huge difference to the back end users.

Just loaded the app. It won’t open or move past the update screen. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Still won’t move past the first screen after setup. 
Worst app ever.

After you setup, Every time you open the app it defaults to the update section and just sits there saying updating. It never stops.  Please fix this or otherwise what is the point of the app?

الفواتير مو كلها تنقبل و بعضها يكون بتاريخ نفس اليوم و غير كده في اشياء كثير ما تنحسب و النقاط في العجله الدواره تجي نقطه و نقطتين و انا فاتورتي بسعر عالي و بالنسبه لتحويل النقاط ماهو فوري الان لي تقريبا ٣ ايام انتظر موافقه تحويل ليه!! و غير كده مافي دعم و لا طريقه للتواصل

بعد مسح جميع الفواتير وإتمام اقل قيمة للتحويل إلى حسابي وهي قيمة 5JD  تم إرسال screenshot والمطالبة بالمبلغ عبر تحويله إلى حسابي كليك وبعد تأخير في الرد … تم سحب 1JD من الرصيد الفعلي ليصبح 4JD وهي قيمة اقل من قيمة التحول المسموح بها … مع العلم ان جميع الفواتير حقيقية وتم تسجيلها عبر مسح الفواتير بالتطبيق . 
تجربة سيئة وفريق عمل غير مهني يتحكم برصيد المشتركين كيفما يشاء لدي صور عن التطبيق تثبت عمليه سحب الرصيد دون وجه حق لا انصح بتنزيل البرنامج لانه باختصار مضيعه للوقت
