They also support sending money to your linked bank account instantly. Keeps saying card not active. ### 1/5 — No stars if possible *2023-05-31* Absolutely horrible, nearly a scam to hurt your credit I’m sure. You get your loan k cool love it. There’s no way to pay it back. Never tried to take it from my acct just get the notifications that it’s overdue and it was declined for the repayment, my banks representative after asking, sent me a pdf with all failed and approved ach/debit attempts, nothing on the day they claim, or around it, infact nothing at all. Contacted care multiple times, they don’t respond ever, at all. So not being able to pay $25, or reach a representative from Wagefi, and last but not least, no repayment options, absolutely garbage service/customer service/and company. Stay the heck away if you want to not get a negative impact on your credit. **Developer response:** Hi, We are really sorry about your experience, please share your details at engineering@wagefi.co, we will try to resolve the issue ASAP. ### 1/5 — Wagefi review *2023-05-28* Not letting me pay the $4.99 membership saying my card is not active ### 1/5 — Not allowing me to Transfer to Bank Account *2023-05-21* It’s never allowed me to transfer to my bank account and now my card is not active because it’s saying that I owe $4.99 for the membership fee, which is cool BUT the system isn’t allowing me to pay it. It’s not even giving me the option. ### 3/5 — Advance *2023-05-21* Unable to load advance to card ### 3/5 — Can’t log in *2023-05-09* Only lets you create a new account. Main screen says “let’s get started” and you can’t log in to previously created account **Developer response:** You can enter your email ID on the first screen and if you have an account you will be asked to enter your password. Please let us know if you are still having issues with signing in. ### 4/5 — Great app *2023-05-06* Great app but not letting me transfer advance to Wagefi card **Developer response:** We had some issues with our banking partner which have been resolved now.
