Background location access is enabled only for authenticated employee accounts while a trip is actively in progress — clients never share their location, and tracking stops automatically the moment the trip ends. To book a field trip, simply tap the 'Book a field trip' option within the app. You can then select an open day, choose the desired service, and confirm your booking with a few taps. Your confirmed booking will appear instantly in the 'Appointments' section. ### Can I see where the bus is during pickup and drop-off? Yes, Waggin' Wagon offers live bus tracking during pickup and drop-off trips. When a driver starts a trip, their location is shared, allowing you to follow the bus in real-time and see the estimated time of arrival to your home. This feature is only active for authenticated employees during an ongoing trip. ### How do I get photos of my dog on the field trip? The app features a photo feed where you can see fresh photos and short videos of your dog on their field trip, along with highlights from other dogs in the group. You can long-press any photo to easily share it. ### What if all the field trip days are full? If all field trip days are full, you can join the waitlist for a specific time slot.
