It’s not under profile, or account and there are no 3 dots on the bottom right like google says there might be. I’ve done everything the chat told me to do and have their version updated one week ago…. I like the app, but this piece is a bit annoying. ### 4/5 — Would be great to have a widget *2026-06-20, version 8.6.9* It would be nice to have a Lock Screen widget for iPhone ### 2/5 — Updates before info provided *2026-06-15, version 8.6.9* Apparently you need to check for updates every.time. you use it because it won't let you use it/get info until you update app. Note to app people RVrs aren't always in a convenient location to update - we should be able to choose when to up date app. REALLY ANNOYING. Basically makes the app unreliable and useless. ### 3/5 — Advertising before temps?! *2026-05-11* Update: I’ve been using the Waggle a couple years now and my opinion has improved. It’s still an extraordinarily complex registration/payment system. Changing to a new monitor (that I finally bought after endless advertising) led to me paying for both for a long time until they could get it sorted out. I got the new camera and that works OK, slow to load and multiple steps to actually see the feed, but it’s a reliable second backup for my Nest cam trained on a thermostat. Now the newest issue, forced updates. No other apps force me to update NOW or not use them. Particularly security apps! My Nest cameras are off WiFi, I’m worried the power is off and my pets are cooking, I’m on the highway trying to get home, and I have to update the app to see the temperature?! Do better Waggle. Thanks for the update Waggle. Now I get your advertising that can’t be closed without exiting the app BEFORE it will show me the temperature. So if I’m busy, or driving, or wake up in the middle of the night when I’m away from my RV…I have to mess with your stupid advertising before I can see if my pets are all right. A few months ago I had an issue I thought was handled when I was renewing. Turns out they charged me for something I didn’t authorize. I no longer trust their customer service so I cancelled my service. This is such a shame since I had liked the product. ### 2/5 — Expensive Annoyance *2025-12-11, version 8.3.3* Battery lasts less than 24 hours, multiple alerts within 1 minute for the same thing and generally has an error message on it 90% of the time. The sales people are quite pushy, they literally started sending me double emails once I asked them to tone it down. The device will randomly disconnect and my app occasionally forgets that it was paired with the unit. Currently, the monitor says 75° and the app says 86°. Every time I take this on a trip, I have to uninstall the app and hard reset the monitor and pray it calibrates. I can’t trust it. The fact that I get asked to pay a subscription fee for each individual camera/sensor is such a garbage user experience. Do better. Why on Earth would it require 24 hours to setup the “network” after paying for the subscription for a sensor?! What is that?! Do you have your software developers in the background processing these requests manually??? If I go setup a SimpliSafe sensor, it’s ready immediately. The quality here is garbage. The latency is something this company should be embarrassed about. The UI of the app is garbage because the latency is such garbage. The amount of ads in the app after I’ve paid for the product AND for the useless subscription is downright awful. The way the camera auto rotates AWAY from me when I’m supposed to show it a QR code is stupid. The way the QR code takes over 10 seconds to load is ridiculous. Customers are better off installing a SimpliSafe system in their RVs and paying the $10 monthly subscription than investing in this joke of a system. DO BETTER. Also, their instructions on how to cancel the subscription are inaccurate. They claim you can talk to a live agent 24/7 but that just leads to an automated message saying they’re not available. This app and company are beyond scummy. Buyer beware. ### 1/5 — The idea has merit - execution is flawed big time. *2025-07-26* First on function, the temperature sensors is super inaccurate. Placed it on the wall next to my smart thermostat and it’s always 2-3 degrees off. Slow to increment/decrement. Sensors just seem like they’re cheap and inaccurate by design. The app is slow and counterintuitive. Paid extra for geofencing yet there’s very limited functions. You have to get past the assault of marketing just to use a product and subscription you paid for. Normally when you pay the marketing goes away. Not with waggle. It almost seems like it gets worse. All in all. I am not happy I made this investment. Super disappointed and now out the subscription and the device investment. ### 1/5 — Updates and spamming *2025-06-25, version 8.0.5* Unsafe feature is it forces you to update to access the temperature/app. If you’re not in a good reception spot for that, tough luck, no temp monitoring. And updates are frequent. There is no reason to update 1-2x per week!!Should allow putting them off or allow app access if not utd. Also despite setting so shouldn’t get in app alerts, am constantly getting spammed. Also need temp readings at less than 30min intervals, cars can heat up dangerously in that long a time. ### 1/5 — Playback Timeline *2025-06-25, version 8.0.5* Has anyone figured out how this terrible playback works? You can scroll a couple of hours and it just randomly slides back to whatever time it wants to. Terrible design. This app is terrible. On top of buying the camera for $80, they stick you with another $200 in charges in order to use it. I was told there was a place in the app to cancel, but it wasn’t showing on my app or account. Customer service said they contracted billing to cancel and said everything was set. This was in June. But now I just got charged and a notification that my account was Active! Why isn’t there a cancel subscription in the app? Why is customer service NOT cancelling my subscription?! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-06-26, version 8.7.1* We bought all the equipment, the subscription over $600, nothing works. Fix the tech, if this isn’t going to be reliable… there is no point in its existence.
