Yet it consistently fails at the one job it was built to do. The interface is buggy, crashes are frequent, and the process of adding a campus card is so confusing and broken that many people give up entirely. The irony is that ordering ahead should be the most basic, streamlined feature imaginable. Instead, Wahoo Eats makes you jump through hoops, only to deliver error messages and wasted time. The app creates more hassle than convenience, which defeats its entire reason for existing. Honestly, a first-year gender studies major putting together a prototype for class could design something more functional and intuitive than this embarrassment. Wahoo Eats does not just underperform, it is actively hostile to users trying to do something as simple as grab lunch between classes.
