Thought I would be able to pay and place an order for pick up.... ### 1/5 — Never works when scanning at restaurant *2020-05-25, version 1.0* Pretty much all this app is supposed to do is track rewards points you earn and spend. The Wahoos we go to always tells me “it doesn’t work but you can try” when I scan my code on the app. This reply is annoying in a multitude of ways but really boils down to the fact that the app cannot perform its singular function and this is almost the definition of useless. ### 1/5 — Pointless reward system *2020-03-08, version 1.0* Single taco purchase 5 points. $55 group food purchase 5 points. Only 2 visits did I receive any points because the cash registers didn’t work. SCAM! ### 1/5 — Love Wahoos app needs help!!! *2019-09-04, version 1.0* The old wahoos app was very lacking but worked and now they transitioned to the new app and its not ready yet. We went into our local wahoos and they couldn’t even scan it to add to our points. Also all the points that were accumulated over the years of coming here are gone. They took our email to hopefully transfer the points over. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t order through the app *2023-12-15* I wish you were able to place to go orders and view the menu through the app. That would make it a lot more useful. The locations feature also only shows places in CA. ### 1/5 — Invalid *2022-08-17, version 1.0* No matter how many times I try to use it, it does not work anymore. I used to need to power my phone down and reset. That stopped working. Now it says my email/password is invalid. I have reset it over and over, no help. I tried to set up my account again but that didn’t work either.
