The vast majority of streaming services that were promised when this project started in kickstarter are still not yet supported.

Purchased 4 gramophones with kickstarter.  Promised WahWah streaming music.  This app does not work.  Can’t seem to find any music, always having to log in w/ Facebook but no music sources appear and I don’t get any errors.  Can’t search for any music - always tells me songs can’t be found.

Just does not work.  Not sure what to do.

It's pretty bad and sad when you even email the support people and they don't care to email you back after giving them step by step instructions on what you did. And before that in the original email reply they try to blame Facebook.

This app is total garbage. I can't really even see the purpose of it. It just constantly asks me to sign into Facebook, or it tell me I'm not connected to the Internet? Gramofon as a HW device is top notch. Why they wasted time on this app I don't know. Stick with Spotify.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work. My connections and registration all seem good but it won’t talk to the Gramafon unit. Maybe I have a bad unit. : (

The Gramofon is such a fantastic idea, the hardware is superb and the company, great, but the implementation of the app is not. Album art is all over the place, cannot skip, had a heck of a time actually logging in with Facebook to register it. When I go to "Music Services," it has me log in again, and brings me to the registration area again. Redundant. The Gramofon hardware works flawlessly as a wifi receiver and hotspot to play music too, but the application needs a lot of love to even be worth using. Using it directly through Spotify is the best way for the best experience, even faster than actual Airplay! Please work on the app, though.
