What's New in Waimea
1.1.1
September 21, 2026
Added • Alarms can follow the sun: choose Sunrise or Sunset instead of a clock time. • Offset a solar alarm by any amount, before or after the event. • Sunrise and sunset are calculated per city, so an alarm pinned to Tokyo uses Tokyo's. • Solar alarms are marked Auto in the alarm list, as their time changes daily. Fixed • Dates appeared as "null" in Chinese, and were incorrect in several other languages. • Alarm labels stayed in English in notifications, the widget and the full-screen alarm after changing language. • Cities could only be found by their English name. You can now search in your own language: 東京, 서울, القاهرة, Москва, München or Tokio. Changed • The alarm editor leads with Mode, and shows the offset in place of the clock for solar alarms. • The medium widget has a larger, centred clock, place and date on one line, and a wider column for saved cities. • Sound names, month names and the remaining buttons now follow the app's language.
