Remote requires a main WaiterOne installation. It manages products, staff, printers, payments, reports and data. Remote is not a standalone POS. Connect over your local network to keep service fast and orders flowing.

Been using waiterone for 4 years for busy coffee shop with separate kitchen. Easy to use. 
Looking into using the QR code ordering but the system needs more attention. 
Needs an allergen window for each dish that can list all allergens.
Be great to have a section where we can add dish cost price or better still a menu costing section.
Remote customer ordering needs a lot of work before we can launch it.
However, for everyday, one till use, it's great.

Ich benutze diese App seit Jahren und bin total zufrieden denn alles was man braucht ist drin und ist echt leicht zu bedienen Preis finde ich auch fair denn für das Geld bekommt man nirgends so Perfekte Kassensystem. 
Sollte man Probleme habe wird Binnen Minuten geholfen egal wann ich Eddy geschrieben habe, hat er sofort geantwortet und meine Problem beseitigt Danke Edd
