Easy to use. Looking into using the QR code ordering but the system needs more attention. Needs an allergen window for each dish that can list all allergens. Be great to have a section where we can add dish cost price or better still a menu costing section. Remote customer ordering needs a lot of work before we can launch it. Zudem würden wir uns freuen wenn man automatische (Zeitplan) HappyHours einpflegen kann. This app is very reasonable for all great things it has to offer. But what blew my mind about this product is the online support that I got. They replied to my email and fix my problem in less than one hour I was so shocked by this but I didn't think that it could've easy so I waited 24 hours to make sure. And they emailed me back to make sure my system was working and to follow up even though I did not respond to two other email that they sent me. I would recommend this product to everyone I know in the restaurant business because we all know how hard it is to get good technical support in such a speedy and good minor. Support for them is great, Eddy and team are very responsive for any hiccups or advise . On e setup properly, with just a little bit of networking knowledge system is able to cater for busiest Cafes, it was catering for 700 orders a day in of our outlets . Damals hieß es: Einmalige Bezahlung der App und lebenslange Updates und Support. Leider hat es sich der Eddy anders überlegt. Das er jetzt monatliche Gebühren nimmt ist ja nichts dagegen einzuwenden (ist ja auch wirklich nicht viel), aber ich finde es nicht fair den ersten Kunden gegenüber, daß die jetzt auch Genau so bezahlen müssen. Die App ist wirklich gut, und wird auch immer besser. Wenn ich an meine erste Version denke- sind das Welten. There were a few hiccups with Apple updates but one phone call to Eddy (support) and they were fixed. If you have ideas to optimize Eddy listens and has implemented some ideas I have had.
