## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.12 — 2026-07-14

• Plan breaks and time away from the gym to keep your training schedule realistic and flexible.
• Pause your routine without losing progress, then pick up where you left off when you return.
• Account for holidays, recovery periods, and busy weeks with planned time away built into your programme.

### 1.11 — 2026-06-23

This update shifts the app from simple exercise logging to true muscle-building intelligence. The new Weekly Volume Dashboard tracks your hard sets per muscle group each week - the single biggest driver of hypertrophy - so you can instantly see which muscles are getting enough work and which are falling behind. Behind the scenes, a new workout efficiency engine analyses your set timing, rest periods, and completion data to help your AI trainer give sharper, more personalised coaching. Combined with improved progressive overload analysis, this version helps you train smarter and keep making consistent gains.

### 1.1 — 2026-06-15

* Cloud sync & accounts — Create an account and sign in with a quick email code (OTP). Your workouts, measurements, and history are now backed up to the cloud and automatically restore when you reinstall or switch devices. No more data living only on your phone.
• Apple Health integration — Pull in steps, sleep, and activity data to give you (and the AI coach) a fuller picture of your training and recovery.
• Smarter progressive overload — Weight suggestions now stick to sensible gym increments instead of awkward numbers like 22.6666 kg.
• Cleaner workout logging — Fixed the duplicate "Done" buttons and disconnected toolbar when editing weights and reps; the keyboard no longer hides your notes during an active workout.
• Redesigned edit-workout flow in History for a smoother, more consistent experience.
• AI review improvements — More reliable AI feedback, collapsed by default in History so it stays out of your way until you want it.
• Polished sign-in & input screens — Better keyboard handling and positioning across email and code-entry screens, with faster transitions after verifying.
• General UX refinements — Consistent buttons, inputs, and dialogs throughout the app for a more seamless feel.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-04-28

Template-Linked Schedules

• You can now link a workout template to any session in the schedule builder — tap the chain link icon on a session card to connect it
• Starting a workout from the home screen or calendar automatically loads the linked template's exercises

Smarter Start Workout Modal

• When a scheduled workout has exercises, the modal shows a full preview: exercise list with numbered rows, set counts, and a colored "Start" button
• Two secondary options (Start Empty / Choose Template) are still available

App-Wide Visual Refresh

• Consistent card style throughout — rounded corners, numbered exercise rows replacing pill chips, cleaner borders
• History, calendar, home screen, active workout, and library all updated to match

Bug Fixes

• Cardio sessions (Running, Cardio, etc.) were incorrectly opening the class logging modal — now correctly opens the cardio logger
• Calendar "Start" button label now context-aware: shows "Log Cardio", "Log Class", or "Start Workout" based on session type
• AI-generated templates can now be edited before saving to your library

### 1.0.2 — 2026-02-09

New Features

• Workout consistency heatmap (GitHub-style) - Shows last 12 weeks of activity on home screen, combined with streak card.
• Muscle group balance visualization - Bar chart showing sets per muscle group over 4 weeks, color-coded by push/pull/legs. Located in Profile.
• Rest timer toggle - Option to disable rest times in profile settings.
• Beat Your Last tap to populate - Tapping the banner auto-fills weight/reps for next set.
• Theme toggle (Light/Dark/System) - In Profile > Appearance.
• Custom rest timer duration - Choose 30s, 60s, 90s, 2min, or 3min.
• Weight unit preference - kg or lbs toggle.
• Streak tracking - Current and longest streak displayed.
• Workout notes - Add notes to each workout session.
• Reorganized profile settings - Collapsible sections for Appearance, Workout Settings, and Integrations.
