It definitely helps with our waitlist and getting our guests in fast. The only thing we would like to see change is an export option where I can see peoples names and phone numbers. As we are in the year of 2020 and contact tracing is a thing. It is stable and has many options you can change to fit your scenario . My customers love being able to see their place in line and my waiting area is clear of people waiting around. During this short period of time, we did have a couple of issues. The customer service is very fast and good. The price is very reasonable. I signed up for the app and a waitlist, went back to app in a few hours to check. I’d been logged off and couldn’t log back in. I went to their website and it says my acct had been suspended for duplicate use? I only ever signed up once a few hours before. Avoid this app and businesses that use it. ### 1/5 — No way to retrieve username and password *2018-11-02, version 4.10.14* Signed up a long time ago and can't remember what email and password I used and there is no link to reset nor any support. Update: customer service replies 1 year later? Wow kid. It's a very good wait listing app but lately it's been giving me a few problems. Sometimes the app crashes randomly which is a small problem but it becomes a big problem when my restaurant is super busy. Secondly, sometimes I'll input someone on the waiting list and their name will disappear moments after which is a huge problem when my waiting list becomes 20 parties long. Easy to use, but the app does not update fast enough, it doesn’t seem to sync compare to the website. Quite frustrating, I ultimately have to use their website instead of the app. Not recommended for a high traffic restaurant. Reach out to support, no help, only telling me the device used is faulty or internet speed is not fast enough…I use iPhone 13 and Las test version of iPad with up to date iOS and 1gig internet speed. Company need to concentrate on better improvements on their app for paid customer, don’t mind paying because I’m running a restaurant and it’s one of the cost, but please improve before I find a better solution elsewhere. ### 2/5 — Compatibility issues *2013-02-20, version 3.0* Works with iPad system, but does not take guests off the wait once they are seated or removed.
