We went with this app because we could customize our text messages. But to be able to use that feature they have to “verify” your business (not really sure why). Everything says verification should take 3 days. We’ve been waiting weeks, and there’s no customer support. We’ll probably switch to something else.

With the update on 9/11 the app no longer shows how many people have been helped.  Hopefully this gets fixed soon

I've been using Waitly for my restaurant since 2020 and it's been a great experience. Easy to install and use, very reliable and the customer service is truly fantastic. Every time I get stuck on something, I get immediate support from their team. Definitely recommend it.

We’ve been using Waitly for over a year now and love it. We operate a very busy deck and lounge restaurant with lots of waitlists. We used to use paper and pencil until summer 2021 and Waitly came to the rescue. The app is very customizable to your needs and provides clarity to the staff and the guests. I highly recommend!

Because of Covid, we had to change our yearly fundraiser to a drive through event. The app helped us manage the cars as they checked in and notified them when their order was ready.

We host a haunted trail every year and this year was totally different because of covid. We had to come up with a way to not have big gathering and keep social distancing witch can be really challenging. Waitly played a huge part this year! We got to keep everyone in there cars and just sent them a text when we was ready for them. The app is so easy to use so training on it was definitely simple. One of the best features on the app that I like was you can have it on multiple phone and tablets witch made using this app so easy.
