I only fueled once and have a receipt to prove it, yet my credit card statement shows two identical charges on different dates. This is extremely disappointing and inconvenient. I expect better accuracy and transparency from a reputable fuel station. I urge the station and relevant parties to investigate this matter seriously. I also recommend that others check their statements carefully after refueling. This kind of error not only affects customer trust but also reflects poorly on the management of the payment system. It’s also taking way longer to dispute this charge with merchant, prolonging my dispute with my credit card issuer which may affect the process in end. Please fix this issue promptly and ensure it does not happen to other customers. ### 1/5 — App won’t work with one.one.one.one blocked? *2025-05-14, version 4.12.0* The app doesn’t work if the domain one.one.one.one is blocked on the network. This is poor app design and it should “gracefully fail” while still allowing users to use the app. Will rerate after the fix ### 1/5 — App Compatibility *2025-03-31, version 4.12.0* Despite the apps “Compatible with IOS 13.0” claim, the last supported version working on IOS 14 is 4.6.0. I pay by credit card which is a guaranteed payment to you so why have this low spend limit? Meaning Mobil smiles card can’t be used at Waitomo. But Waitomo has their own card Koro which can be used at Mobil stations.
