We’ve used waitwhile to help manage our skate helper waitlist. It’s been a game changer for us! Being able to text customers has also made communication easier for us. Instead of customers coming to the window and asking where they are in line, they can see exactly where they are, and the anticipated wait time. We also use the geofence, so customers can only sign up within a certain perimeter. Our customers scan the QR code and join our waitlist from their phone, but you can also manually add people who don’t have a phone with them. 
We also like the ability to customize messages going out, what they say, and when we can send them. We’ve loved the app!
