Have been using for years but with this most recent update the app won’t open

We use this app at our business, and the most recent update completely bricked it and refuses to open on several ipads, despite many restarts and uninstalling/reinstalling attempts
Hopefully a fix rolls out soon, as it has worked well for us in the past

I downloaded the app and it won’t let me exit the tutorial mode (there’s a button that says “skip” but it’s not clickable) and the last step of the tutorial brings me to kiosk mode but it doesn’t have a way to exit kiosk mode. So I’m left with no functionality in the app other than kiosk mode.

I’m a middle school teacher. I’m also the team lead so I started using this app when they needed forms signed and they kept losing the paper documents. I’d previously used this app when filling out an waiver so I looked it up & it’s perfect! I collected forms in 2 hours that would’ve taken  1-4 days to collect in person! Everything is pretty much understandable but if you’re having issues be sure to use the guide or you can YouTube & google for a little bit more assistance!
