## What is Waiversoft?

Waiversoft is compliance and documentation software for Florida APD iBudget providers. Keep consumer and staff records survey-ready, capture visits in the field, and let Coworker — the built-in AI documentation partner — do the writing.

FOR AGENCY STAFF

• Ask Coworker about your own agency — who is out of compliance, what expires in the next 30 days, which consumers need attention — and get an answer grounded in your records, not generic advice.
• Talk to it. Conversational voice mode lets you ask questions and file work hands-free.
• Draft session notes, reports and letters, review them, and file them without leaving the app.
• Consumer and employee records with document tracking, expiration dates, and completeness at a glance.

FOR CAREGIVERS

• See your schedule as a list or a calendar, filtered by consumer, date or status.
• Clock in and out with location verification (EVV), so visits are documented as they happen.
• Dictate a visit note and have it written up following your agency's own documentation standards — no typing at the end of a long shift.
• Look up the people you care for: contact details, service address, and visit history.

BUILT FOR HEALTHCARE DATA

• Optional Face ID lock, and the app hides its contents in the app switcher.
• Records are scoped to your agency and enforced at the database, not just in the interface.

GETTING STARTED

Waiversoft is for licensed home-care agencies serving Florida APD iBudget consumers. It requires an existing Waiversoft account: accounts are created by your agency, and there is no sign-up in the app. If you need access, ask your agency administrator to invite you.

Coworker is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. It is not a substitute for professional or medical judgment — verify important details.
