## What is Wakanda Health & Fitness?

Main motive of the app is to encourage people from all ethnic backgrounds to engage in goal oriented physical activities, lose weight, gain muscle, and live a healthy lifestyle. Physical wellness will be achieved by performing group or solo exercise, providing cooking tips especially African cuisines, running organized virtual or live race, sharing exercise videos with afrobeat/hip pop/dance hall etc in the background. Also, medical publications which center on physical well being, mental health, dental health and eye health will be shared and discussed amongst all viewers and members of the blog.
