The one critique I have is there is no option to add a physical gift card to your account that you might have received as a gift. If that feature is added, then it will be a flawless app. ### 3/5 — Why no order ahead option? *2022-08-09* I will start off by saying I love wake up call! The staff are always friendly and the coffee is great. So my 3 stars are only for the app, not the company. I’m on board for a new app as I understand technology changes. But if you’re going to implement a new app, why not include the option to order ahead of time? It would speed up times in the drive through lines and ensure order accuracy!
