Also not an option to check balance on their website. Seems like having that option would be standard practice as everywhere else does it. Because of this reason I really hate getting Wake Up Call gift cards. ### 3/5 — Charge up *2022-09-11, version 1.0* Yesterday I could add funds by clicking “Charge Up”. The staff are always friendly and the coffee is great. So my 3 stars are only for the app, not the company. I’m on board for a new app as I understand technology changes. But if you’re going to implement a new app, why not include the option to order ahead of time? It would speed up times in the drive through lines and ensure order accuracy! The horizontal scrolling to search for menu items is not unique and fun—it’s clunky, time consuming, inconvenient, and straight up off-putting. The app never asks to save my password. I hate that the feature to reload using Apple Pay was taken away and that I have to save either enter my card information every time (time consuming) or save it in the app (not comfortable with that). Would have been cool to pick what I wanted, paid through the app, and then pick it up, but it took to much time to adjust. The back button wouldn’t let me go back to the last recent page.
