Wakelet is the storage point for that. I love that I can save directly to Wakelet from safari on my phone. I’ll change my review to 5 stars when I can upload PDFs directly from Safari instead of copying and pasting. It is very easy to use and does everything you would need for our use. But there is a lot of complaint from the class all round that it will duplicate your work or not save the work and new edits. I’ve found that the reorder feature doesn’t work well and never goes in the order you save it to but something completely else. Recently it was as if there was a change and now you have to select more photos to add to a collection instead of just being able to directly access the camera roll libray. This means I have to keep closing the app down and reopening it to add a new image. The app can be quite slow which is understandable for certain file types however there are times images will post fast at times or very slow at others. This app has been so useful and we have been thinking about changing but I think it’s such a great app just some issues that make your work harder and more stressful. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — iPhone 15 Pro : no longer can access my account via my phone! *2025-11-12, version 2.93.3* There’s no sign in/out, none of my files are showing! I’ve gathered my material over years! ### 1/5 — Fix the error with Google Chrome to save links in the share option *2025-07-08* The app no ​​longer allows you to save pages directly from Google Chrome on iPhones. It no longer appears in the share option within the Google Chrome app on iOS on iPhones. I only needed 2 seconds on the Wakelet website but it was constantly telling me to download the app and I didn’t have access to my account. This is a joke, I don’t need this application. Stop telling us to download it because it is a waste of storage. The website would have worked fine. ### 1/5 — Slow *2021-11-09* I like the idea but it is painfully slow uploading. I tried creating just one board then uploading images from my photos. 15 minutes later the wheel of death is still spinning at 2/13 images uploaded. Even trying one at a time is slow. Please fix this as it would be great if it worked. ### 1/5 — WORST APP EVER!!! *2021-08-07* I was trying to read a story on the website and would keep refreshing the page and sending me all the way to the top, so I downloaded the app and it’s just as bad. I’ll scroll for 5 seconds and the page will freeze and take forever to start back up, and then the whole process will repeat again. And if you try to leave the app for a second it closes you out of everything you’re reading/working on. Seriously, fix this app and do better, it’s infuriating. ### 1/5 — What is this interface? *2021-04-15* This app is so dumb lol. I’m trying to read a specific thread from Twitter that has been compiled here, but the website keeps needlessly refreshing and sending me all the way to the top, making me have to scroll all the way to where I was originally. I thought “well the app must be better”, and somehow, it’s worse. Why does the website keep the Twitter format (which is preferable), but the app includes a link to reply to the tweet that is embedded RIGHT next to the actual text of the tweet? There is literally not even a space. It gives a jumbled URL and then goes into the tweet, meaning you first have to locate the beginning of the text before you can just....ya know....read it? If this is an internet archive of sorts, why do I NEED to create a profile to access certain threads? Seems like you guys have a great idea but absolutely no idea how to make it useful. I wish there was a rival service that did this because I feel no inclination to keep using this weird, bad app. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2021-02-20* Freezes constantly. I’ve been trying to read a story for an hour and am now giving up as I’m tired of the app freezing and then having to scroll all the way back to where I was. As a teacher, I can easily switch between spaces for my classes & myself from the home pg w/out disrupting my work flow. AND I can connect w/families through weekly newsletters. I love that we can see our lessons, collaborate, & create on our own all in the same place! A “one stop shop” for all my edu needs! I can’t recommend it enough!
