## What is Wakeproof?

Wakeproof is a mission alarm. To turn it off, complete a short task first—so you’re fully awake before the sound stops.

Choose the missions that work for you:

- Math: solve a few problems
- Memory: repeat the pattern you see
- Typing: type the displayed phrase
- Shake: shake your phone a set number of times
- Steps: get up and walk a set number of steps
- Squats: complete a set number of squats
- Photo: retake a photo of a spot you chose away from your bed
- QR: scan a code you place across the room

You can add multiple missions to a single alarm. Every mission is included for free. There’s no paid tier, and nothing is locked behind an in-app
purchase.
