## What is WakeWord?

Wake up smarter. Learn a word before you even get out of bed.

WakeWord - Language Alarm turns your morning alarm into your most productive study session — the one you can't skip. Instead of hitting snooze, you answer a vocabulary question. Get it right, the alarm stops. Get it wrong, it keeps ringing. No shortcuts, no dismiss button.

WHY WAKEWORD WORKS
Traditional flashcard apps compete with a hundred other notifications you ignore. WakeWord doesn't ask for your attention — it uses the one moment of the day you can't avoid: the alarm that's already ringing.

HOW IT WORKS
- Set your alarm and pick the words you want to learn
- When it rings, answer by typing — active recall, not passive multiple choice
- Fuzzy matching forgives small typos, so you're tested on knowledge, not typing speed
- Correct answers turn off the alarm and start your day with a small win

BUILT ON SPACED REPETITION
WakeWord uses the SM-2 algorithm — the same science behind Anki and other proven memory tools — to resurface words right before you'd forget them. The more consistently you use your alarm, the more your vocabulary compounds.

MEET YOUR STUDY COMPANION
WWAI, your in-app persona, reacts to your streaks and progress — happy when you're on a roll, encouraging when you slip. It's a small companion that makes early mornings feel less like a chore.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
- Daily streaks and XP
- Weekly progress charts
- Word mastery stats
- Multiple alarms for different subjects or languages

DESIGNED FOR MULTILINGUAL LEARNERS
Study vocabulary in any language you're learning, with support for the app interface in English, Vietnamese
