WALAWA provee el servicio de alquiler de Scooters como una alternativa al transporte tradicional. Los scooters no transmiten emisiones por lo tanto es una manera de transporte más eco-friendly y ayuda a mantener la ciudad limpia y el aire más puro. A la vez ofrece una manera independiente de transportarse. Los usuarios no dependerán de las rutas establecidas por el transporte público ni tener que depender de un conductor. Los scooters WALAWA estarán fácilmente accesibles, usando la aplicación móvil los usuarios podrán ubicar el scooter más cercano, usarlo el tiempo necesario y dejarlo al llegar al destino final. Ayuda a que los usuarios mantengan su distancia y no depender de otros para transportarse. 

Los usuarios mediante la aplicación WALAWA podrán poner crédito a su cuenta usando una tarjeta de crédito o débito. Deberán usar la aplicación para desbloquear el scooter escaneando el código QR, esto activara el scooter y el usuario se podrá transportarse a cualquier lado dentro de la área de funcionamiento. Cuando el usuario termine su viaje tendrá que desactivar el scooter usando la aplicación y tomando una foto que verificar que el scooter este parqueando de forma correcta y sin ningún daño al equipo.

La aplicación tiene problemas con la autenticación, no envía el código en mensaje de texto al número solicitado ni con cuenta nueva ni antigua.

Intento enviar un código para crear cuenta, el código nunca es enviado a mi celular. Cargue 20bs en la cuenta de un conocido, nos debito el dinero y no recargo crédito. Intento comunicarme varias veces y no contestan. No recomendable. 0/10
