When I went to pick up at my preferred store assuming they would be there, there was no record of it. And the Walgreens app simply doesn’t measure up. You can’t set a passcode on the prescriptions part of the app — so anyone who’s using the rest of the Walgreens app to order photos, etc, can also see all your prescriptions. You can’t set prescriptions to auto-renew. You can’t archive prescriptions you’re no longer taking. It’s all one big giant mess. Plus, the list of what data this app tracks and collects is simply horrifying. Your prices are already absurdly high, Walgreens. You don’t have to sell extremely personal information on top of that. ### 1/5 — Amateur Pharmacy *2026-08-26, version 116.0* I’ve been using Walgreens for years. All I’ve seen is the attitude of employees deteriorate and the customer service drop to an all-time low. You sign up for auto-refill and there’s zero communication that it is ready and if you don’t pick it up they cancel it. At least they used to call.
