Now When I try and claim any rewards, it says I have to wait 1-2 minutes for the video to load. The problem is the videos do not load up anymore. I have waited over 20 minutes and it still dont work. It just keeps saying to wait for the video to load. I have all these points to claim and I cant because your ads dont load up anymore. Please update or fix this and I will give you five stars. ### 2/5 — It don’t work! *2023-06-16* I’ve had this app for about 5 months now and out of all that time I’ve maybe got it to work 2 times. You have to watch a ad before you can scratch a card well the ad will never loud it just keeps saying wait 1 to 2 minutes so add can loud yup did that a thousand times and it just keeps saying the same thing!! I’ve sent emails and have never have they replied. ### 3/5 — Pretty good *2023-05-21* I’ve had this app for quite a while and I really like it! The only thing is about a week ago I stopped being able to watch adds or cash out my points for money. No matter how many times I press the button it won’t let me cash out or watch adds. I tried emailing the company but the email bounced saying that the email wasn’t found. ### 2/5 — It does payout, but barely *2022-12-14, version 1.0* Three quarters of the time I try to watch the ads -they aren’t available. It is difficult to earn 1400 coins in a week when you are constantly trying to get the ads to load. Then when you do redeem your 1400 coins you are lucky to get $1.00 total. When I can cash out I am highly tempted to finally uninstall/ remove this app ### 2/5 — Screams desperate *2022-08-23, version 1.0* The exit button on the apps purposely dont work, it's like the developers are so money hungry they cant make a simple exit button work. This is the only app that gives me this. And it may take 1-3 days. Unfortunately, it has already past more than three days, but still in progress. Please, deal with problem. I have coins and I click “Claim” and it just takes me to my wallet that says $0.00. I probably don’t have enough coins but I can’t find any conversion anywhere. Other than that, it seems to track my steps very quickly and easily. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t record steps, can’t cash out *2022-05-31, version 1.0* This app is a complete lie. It doesn’t record your steps accurately at all. It skips days, even full weeks of steps! You also do not get the same payout for steps, it’s basically a lottery. Once you meet their threshold to obtain a scratch card, you scratch the card and it rewards you with whatever cents you scratched for, so no you’re not getting paid for your steps. Pretty sure this app just collects our data to sell for profit. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2022-04-30, version 1.0* I have three hours total to count my steps wanna directly linked to my iPhone and both apps other than this one had over 9000 steps because I work on my feet and Construction so I’m constantly going in this episode I had eight steps so this app is crap it don’t work ### 1/5 — A waste of 2 years, LITERALLY *2022-04-23, version 1.0* I should have deleted this app and the moment I realized you have to updated every single hour or your steps don't get counted. Over the past two years I have just randomly open the app and synced with my steps not really caring how many steps I get or if I ever cash out a large amount. I did eventually cash out one time about a year ago at five dollars. So this morning was one of those random days where I wanted to update and sync my steps just to find that everything had been set back to zero. You read that right. I now have zero steps. Zero coins. Under earnings it even says zero for the one and only cash out I got. Even my PayPal information says "nil". And guess what else? When I click on the link that says "support" here on the app detail page, which happens to be the only place you can find it, it takes you to a webpage that isn't active. I'll be damned. This HAS to be the biggest waste of time I've ever indulged in my entire life. I'm finally uninstalling, after 2 boring, unfruitful, ad-filled, app-crashing, ad-freezing, scratch tickets that don't work, where's my D**n prize coins?, I-never-see-the-numbers-change-til-it-went-to-zero,I'll never get that time back, YEARS. Lesson learned. ### 1/5 — Scam alert *2022-02-24, version 1.0* This app doesn’t keep track of anything. Still stays at zero. Put in 2 miles yesterday alone. Nothing. Hope the rest of y’all have better luck. I’m deleting this app in 2 days if it ain’t fixed. I figure if they care they’ll see this review and fix it. If not, oh well. They deserve the review I give them. Customer support is a joke. They literally insult you by telling to “just tap the update button.” I’ve pressed it 100’s of times. They offer NO other solution. And the adds, I have to press the x like a hundred times before it goes off. ### 1/5 — Ugh *2022-02-03, version 1.0* I use a lot of walking apps and this one is killing me with frustration and dissapointment. It freezes constantly and I get my point maybe half the time . It plays an ad (which is fine) but once the ad is over the app does not allow you to press the exit button to go to the next step lol ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t use *2023-09-30* This is absolutely the worst app I have ever used, or tried to use I should really say. Not only does it not give you the rewards you earn but it constantly freezes and does absolutely nothing. You have to log out and log back in yo try a different function for the same thing to occur. Trying to email customer service, which is says to do with issues, and you get a mailer deamond stating the email can not be delivered. Waste of time ### 1/5 — Fix your app. *2023-08-14* To start off, this app is very confusing in itself. You have to go to rewards to see how many coins you have earned. Needs a better gui or just a remodel done on the app entirely. When you open the app it promises you some reward if you watch a video, although the video is never there. “Try again in 1-2 hours.” I decided to not watch videos to earn coins and just walk, since I walk frequently. I’ve earned over 126 counts by now and it still will not let me convert it over to the real money I can convert to PayPal. What a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-05-21* It’s impossible to collect any rewards because you apparently have to watch an ad first and an error message pops up saying “ALERT Please try again after 1-2 minutes (the new ad needs to load)”. This message comes up every single time you try to claim your rewards or bonus coins. It isn’t an occasional problem, it is literally every time. There are constant pop ups asking you to watch an ad to get extra coins...and then you’re told you need to try again later. You accumulate enough coins (from walking, not from watching the ads) for a reward and you can’t cash out because you get the same message. Such a scam. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-01-14, version 1.0* Counted my steps the first day, but only after I allowed it access to other apps. Didn’t count any the next day, even though I got 12k+. When an ad pops up, the little X shows up to close it, but no matter how many times you tap it, or where you tap it, the ad does not close. Overall terrible app, I do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2022-12-24, version 1.0* The app doesn’t work. When you click to update your steps it takes you to watch an ad but u can’t exit out of the ad so you can never update your steps. Don’t recommend it. ### 1/5 — Worst *2022-10-31, version 1.0* Probably the worst walk and earn app I have ever tried out. First thing I noticed is lack of counting. I walk all day at work , and it seemed to only calculate half of the steps I take all day. By the time you reach 100 coins , you'd think you'd at least earned 10 cents .. NOPE you earn a single penny. Walking two days straight TO EARN A PENNY hahah Deleted the app soooo fast! ### 1/5 — This app just doesn’t work *2022-09-11, version 1.0* I’ve had this app downloaded for a little over a month now I check it daily every day I get a daily reward just like everyone else unlike everyone else I assume when I click the daily reward it gives me an error screen and says something about an ad not being available I click OK it gives me the option to have a reward later I never get the lighter reward and when I immediately tap the ad button in the top right hand corner boom pops an ad so I’m curious why every day my reward is denied due to not having an ad to watch but immediately after I’m able to watch an ad furthermore there is no threshold to reach daily in order to gain points or money let’s just say I have another app just like this on my phone every 100 steps I get a coin and I have cashed out on that game several times that game is called Step coin for anyone interested in an app that actually works again it’s called Step coin it has a yellow icon I would be more than happy to provide a screenshot of my failed attempts on this app ### 1/5 — Cant cash out *2022-08-27, version 1.0* I’ve had the app for a few months now. I walk every day. But the app doesn’t sync with the phones step counter/health app. If I forget to open the app, I don’t get a single step for that day to be counted. I also cannot cash out. Same issue as the other review. Therefore never able to claim rewards! Then once your coins go to reward page I still can’t even claim those as it takes me straight to wallet and that’s it. All my coins are still under claim with no way of doing so and then there is the fact that it does not count steps and or zeros out if not within the app always. People gotta work and you ain’t paying me to stay home. If anyone else is annoyed by this and the lack of any help.
