Past few times I’ve used it (for my son as well) it’s just a useless app and have to in-person check in or register for walk-in. Not a major ordeal, but if the feature exists, it should at least work ;) ### 2/5 — Would love *2023-12-24, version 3.18.6* I signed in and need to add my daughter. The “date of birth” kicks you off the app and then you have to start fill out again so I did whole form and go to click “date of birth” again kick you out of app! ### 2/5 — Login error *2023-12-11, version 3.18.4* The app won’t let me log in until I “verify” my account via an emailed link. When you go to the link it won’t let you create a password because the link website fails to connect to the server. Tried on phone and multiple computers. I assumed it was maybe my password I forgot so I tried to reset it but when I did, it kept saying my email was invalid. I had just used it to create my account and register for a visit 2 hours prior to this happening. ### 2/5 — Location bug *2022-12-01, version 3.18.3* It can see my location but when I went to schedule a walk in it shows me urgent cares across the country and I can’t change it ### 3/5 — A design flaw imo *2022-11-18, version 3.18.3* Even though uploading ID and insurance card is an annoyance, the only thing I have an issue with is that if I need to cancel an appointment I scheduled, I have to call and do so. After entering all my info could only search for urgent care 322 miles from where I live 🤷‍♀️ ### 2/5 — Another medical service failure *2022-05-26, version 3.18.1* Scheduling walkin appointment, just takes you back to “Schedule a Walkin Appointment” screen when you finish upload and press “Done”. The app does not give the user success or fail or confirmation code, just sends you in a circle. Typical cr-app UX. Nothing about this interface is intuitive or easy to use. Its crap, but ppl in America’s broke med system are forced to use it. This level of poor quality healthcare software should be criminal. ### 1/5 — Inaccessible *2022-03-23, version 3.18* If you are blind and use VoiceOver on your iPhone, you are out of luck. The app is completely inaccessible with VoiceOver and the company seems to care less. The website isn’t accessible either. I’ve considered giving this clinic a try, but I will not until you guys fix your accessibility flaws. It’s so bad I can’t even create a profile, absolutely pitiful that a healthcare clinic would deny equal access to services for patients with disabilities. ### 3/5 — Didn't have a problem until today *2022-02-02, version 3.18* Everything had been fine until my last appointment. (Covid test) they said my results should be in the app in an hour, as per usual. My appointment was Tuesday at 6:45 pm and it is now Wednesday at 10:30 am and it still is not showing. I've had two other tests done from the same location and it went without a hitch. Sooo why this time are they not showing? There's no update or anything. I click forgot password and it sends me and email with no password?? I’ll never come back to location again. With it being called Walk In Urgent Care I feel like I shouldn’t even have to do all this! Will never recommend. ### 1/5 — Appointment Availability - ERROR!! *2021-12-21, version 3.18* We all love when things work the way they are supposed to. Lucky for you, this is not one of those things. The app shows available appointments. However when you click on the appointment, fill out all your insurance information and click the magic “check in” button… wait for it!! ERROR OCCURRED. SLOT IS FULLY BOOKED. Shouldn’t the “check in” button really be “schedule appointment”? No matter how many times you try at different locations and times slots the same error occurs. As this is the only way to schedule, it seems like the place should be called: “Urgent care? KEEP WALKING.” ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-05-17, version 3.18.14* I tried to schedule a call in telehealth visit. On the payment page I put in my information, it took the $50 co pay from my bank account and then it did nothing. There was no next step or anything. It just stayed on that page. Currently on hold to try and speak with someone about this and nobody is answering. I also sent an email. I live in and am located in Ohio as the app says is required. ### 1/5 — It wont let me register *2025-02-20, version 3.18.12* I put all my info in but then when it comes time to type a state in it isnt giving me any state options just “select a state” which in term does not have any states ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-11-18, version 3.18.9* When I go to schedule an appointment it says error please select a time and day but it won’t show me anytime or day doesn’t matter what the date is. It was affordable and the provider was really nice. They ordered me meds and was on my way.
