This is pretty typical for Walk On's for take out orders. We generally eat there at least once each week and have never had a bad experience. The wait staff employees are always friendly and helpful. When I have been in a position to watch them working I have seen the same qualities exhibited with each interaction with customers. The food is consistently great quality and wait times have never been excessive. The Walk-On’s franchise has been a great place to eat (in Alexandria, Lafayette,Shreveport and Baton Rouge) and the city makes no difference whatsoever. ALL GREAT! You can earn rewards such as free starters and loyalty app benefits like free kids meals! After placing the order, I realized that there is no way to track the progress or delivery of my order. I also don’t see any way to contact the delivery driver.
