## What is Walk2Run?

Train for your 5, 10, 21 or 42 kilometers runs. A 16 weeks plan to finish your first marathon, plus an additional 6 months plan to improve your running performance. Vocal guide for the transition to each walking or running interval. The app includes a very useful metronome function.
