i’m unable to sign up..i fill everything out, but when it comes to hitting the ‘confirm’ button, it’s like…i can’t go any further 😬 i have 9 characters for my password, only letters, &&& for my username, 8 lowercase letters & just…

**Developer response:** Dear Chistina, thank you for your comment. Indeed during that time we moved to Google Cloud and needed to change  the sign-up process. The versions released from May 2023 on should work.
