## What is Walkable?

Discover your city on everyday walks. Walkable colours in the buildings you pass on your map and shows your progress, from your local neighbourhood to new streets.

A trip to the café, your daily route or a weekend stroll: choose where to go and watch your map fill with colour.

How it works:
1. Open Walkable and allow location access.
2. Head out for a walk.
3. Watch nearby buildings appear on your map of discoveries.

More reasons to walk:
• Explore new streets and track your progress in each district.
• Compare your results with friends on the leaderboard.
• Find Gems: interesting places and landmarks around the city.
• Come back to your map and choose what to discover next.

You’re in control
Choose which permissions to allow. You can browse the map even if you decline a request and change permissions later in iPhone Settings.

I've been using this gorgeous app for months now and I'm sorry to write this but it doesn't work. It is unreliable. I use it when on holidays to understand the areas of a city that I have already visited but many times at some point it just stops tracking. It doesn't matter if I have the app open on the foreground. It just won't work.

I love this app but sadly it does not colour in buildings all the time. It only seems to work about 10% of the time.

Using it London, I don’t know if it’s really limited just to the centre but walked around south London and not one building turned yellow. What’s the point? Is it really that hard to allow all areas? I don’t just want to explore the tourist areas in central? And yes location is set to always on

Despite paying the £8.99 and having the app open to check. After a 4 mile walk through many estates and paths, only 1 building went purple to signify passing it. Utter waste of time, don’t bother.

This app is really glitchy and doesn’t track your progress properly. It’s also pretty basic and not very engaging, especially since it doesn’t even show location names. I visited a new town once and walked all through downtown, but later the app didn’t show any of it. Not worth the time or effort.
