If you’re in the service industry, have techs in the field, and plan on using apple products, this app is your best option. Honesty, there are a few kinks in the system, there are a few workarounds that you must learn, a few options don’t work, and it’s a hell of a leaving curve; but with all that said, this app is the best for what you need. And the development team is ready to help you at the drop of a hat. 5 stars by comparison!
