### 4/5 — Happy

*2026-08-29, version 2.92.0*

Had an issue but was quickly resolved when I contacted them. They helped sort out the best option for me to take the same day I contacted them. Thank you.

### 3/5 — Beware cancellation problems and it isn’t worth nearly £39 a month after the first cheap month

*2026-08-28, version 2.91.0*

So easy to get the app. But so difficult to cancel subscription. Impossible to access my profile and account details in the app, it just closes, so this is an impossible route to use to cancel subscription. Refuses to accept my log in details so this is another impossible route to cancel. Had to go to the website and ask for help and ask a robot to cancel my subscription. Honestly not sure it did but I kept a screenshot of it telling me it had cancelled. Why did I cancel? Because I only wanted to try it out for a few weeks and the initial cost of £15 was worth the trial. Is it worth nearly £39 a month after that? No.

Good things are the fact that they have a very smiling large lady doing the exercises along side the thin serious lady. I was expecting her to get AI generated thinner each day, but she doesn’t so that was reassuringly real.

Bad things are the fact that it’s difficult to see the full movement and body positions of the exercise because the camera angle keeps shifting and panning to feet so you can’t see what the hands are doing. They don’t show you each move carefully enough for you to get it right so you spend too much of the routine doing it wrong. Which isn’t helpful in getting you fitter or more flexible.

This is especially unhelpful in the t’ai chi routine where the male teacher does not explain clearly what he is doing with each bit of the body and you can’t see clearly because of camera shifts. So you spend 10 minutes wiggling around with your hands and feet flapping about. Not very t’ai chi or good for you.

### 4/5 — Just getting started

*2026-08-27, version 2.91.0*

Definitely keeps you moving. Changes the movement every 30-45 seconds which keeps it interesting. Wish I could lower the volume of the music but keep the voice to follow along with. I’ll keep with it and see what happens👍🏻

### 3/5 — Refund

*2026-08-27, version 2.91.0*

### 4/5 — Early Days yet, but Enjoyable

### 5/5 — Fitness

*2026-08-26, version 2.91.0*

I am enjoying this type of exercise. It really gets me through the day.

### 3/5 — Great app but not perfect

*2026-08-26, version 2.91.0*

Love the app in general, save more money than paying for a gym membership. That said, indoor workouts double the steps so your daily steps are not factually correct against the Apple Health daily steps for the day. I did all the updates and suggestions with no luck. I then reached out to support but never got resolved - still has same issue. Just an fyi

### 4/5 — Seems ok so far

*2026-08-25, version 2.91.0*

I'm only 2 days in but it gives me an achievable goal. Just looking forward to results then I can give a good review

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — IT Issues

*2026-08-26, version 2.91.0*

This is the second time trying with this APP Walk Fit looks amazing, first time - it was too close to recovery of a foot injury, I emailed into ask for support - outcome the deleted the rest of my subscription not offering me any advice or compensation.
Second try - I signed up again after healing more exited to try again with the new programs - could not sign in, they were asking me to pay again. I have a note the money was taken from my account. I have I did receive a link and tried to sign in but nothing worked. Again I am out the money… as they seem to care in the advertisements it is - false they are in it for the money… 😢

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-26, version 2.91.0*

They keep taking money out of my account stealing from me

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-26, version 2.91.0*

This did not show in my list of subscriptions. I check them to make sure I don’t get charged. I was charged$38.95 that I can’t afford. I will be reporting this app.

### 1/5 — Beware of subscription charges

*2026-08-23, version 2.91.0*

Price advertised in US dollars. No transparency with what you’re signing up for and what you’re getting. You’ll just suddenly notice $120 being deducted from your bank account!

### 1/5 — Hidden Charges

*2026-08-22, version 2.91.0*

Expensive- I had no idea!!!! Over use of notifications daily (like 15) and no way to request a conversation about reversing the charges when I was surprised with an $83 charge.

### 1/5 — Very disappointed

*2026-08-22, version 2.91.0*

I do not recommend this app. I have purchased a one month Membership. If you are not using it daily (due to illness or death of a family member) you will lose all the exercise exercises that you purchased for 30 days. The exercises are repetitious,; sometimes the same movement within the same nine minutes, not professional. You can do better on your own.

### 1/5 — Fraudulent

*2026-08-21, version 2.91.0*

Luckily my bank caught there $90 fraud attempt, had to get new card, and this Tai Chi is a joke, just normal walk at home workout you can get free online but wearing different clothes, and they look like they are uncomfortable wearing it too lol. It’s a joke of an app, waste of money, and tries to scam you.

### 1/5 — Very unsatisfactory

*2026-08-21, version 2.90.0*

I canceled this app and was charged 39.99 again and they will not refund my money. BEWARE!

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-21, version 2.90.0*

Be prepared to be charged additional $$ and not be forewarned. I paid $20 plus tax for the 1 month subscription, nothing else, and was automatically charged an additional $55 for a 1 year plan that I did not agree to. No refund and this app doesn’t show up in the Apple subscriptions so you can manage it or request a refund.

### 1/5 — No notice of subscription renewal

*2026-08-21, version 2.90.0*

Subscription renewed with no notice at extortionate full price - very poor service requested a refund as definitely not worth the money

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Goals

*2026-08-28, version 2.91.0*

I'm thrilled to have discovered this app. It's easy to navigate and it gives me the tools so I can keep track of my progress

### 5/5 — Work out 1

*2026-08-28, version 2.91.0*

I can really feel it in my arms and upper body.

### 5/5 — Helpful app

*2026-08-28, version 2.91.0*

I needed to gamify my workouts to get back in the habit. WalkFit was exactly what I needed. Loved the variety of workouts available to keep my streak alive when walking wasn’t an option. When I had a tech issue, the support team was very helpful. Would recommend.

### 5/5 — Enjoying it

*2026-08-28, version 2.91.0*

I am enjoying this app it’s making me go out for walks to get my steps in as before sometimes I wouldn’t leave the house

### 5/5 — Follow Advice

*2026-08-28, version 2.91.0*

Seek GP advice before starting especially if you have lower back problems. I have a dysfunctional SI joint. Sounds worse than it is but I’ve always been active with walking and yoga but knew my limits. Thought the gentle Tai Chi wouldn’t be a problem but now I’m experiencing intermittent nerve pain in sacrum area due to prolonged wide horse stance and twisting. You have been warned. Otherwise, I’m sad to have stopped programme as I enjoyed the mind set and consistency of daily routine. After two months I toned up abdominal area and felt good but unfortunately the movement of pelvis required and spinal twists were too much for my condition.

### 5/5 — Pam

*2026-08-27, version 2.91.0*

I am trying this after being unwell for nearly 3 years. It’s hard work for me at the moment but hopefully it will get easier for me. I have heart and low ferritin issues.

### 5/5 — Work out

*2026-08-27, version 2.91.0*

Love it

### 5/5 — Easy exercise but I feel it working!

*2026-08-27, version 2.91.0*

Just on week 2 but it’s great!

### 5/5 — Harry Pedram

*2026-08-26, version 2.91.0*

Great so far. Need to change? From beginner to intermediate maybe

### 5/5 — So far so great

*2026-08-26, version 2.91.0*

I have been using WalkFit for two days. Little funny they’ve already asked me for a review. So far, the exercises are manageable, short, and very doable for a beginner.
