Instructions are not helpful and no way to contact anyone for help. Does keep time. Would I recommend. No. ### 2/5 — Not syncing Sleep data *2021-08-26* Steps, Heart & Blood are syncing but the sleep data doesn’t always sync. First night- no, 2nd & 3rd - yes, 4th night- no, 5th night - yes, 6th & 7th night - no syncing again. Data is on watch but isn’t getting transferred over. On the watch only the basic is shown need App to see the break-down of the data. Very disappointed that your App isn’t working. Got the watch because I want to track my sleep patterns but need this App to be syncing everyday correctly. Please fix. Have tried turning phone on & off. Also with Bluetooth settings. Rest seems to be working therefore leads me to believe your App at fault. ### 1/5 — Walkfit *2021-05-21* It’s ok as a watch, as long as you like military time The app tells you it syncs with iPhone( it did for about a minute) but my phone was beside it and the scanner detected nothing. I can use the functions but not keep a record on my phone- useless. I can do that with pen and paper and a bp monitor. Not really worth a 1 star should’ve spent the money on a Fitbit. ### 1/5 — works fine but no step counter *2021-04-01* The watch step counter worked for three weeks then stopped working completely. I have wasted hours reinstalling software, resetting the watch etc but nothing works. The watch just keep saying scanning but won’t show the watch. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded still nothing. Now all it keeps saying is my temp in Fahrenheit is 264.75. I have reset device. Removed and deleted device and app. Reinstalled and still get the same. I have an iPhone7 with current systems updates. Also why is there no option to change time format, height and weight measurements. I live in the United States where weight is not measured in kg and weight in centimeters. It arrived quickly as advertised. Everything is downhill from there though. The Walkfit instructions pamphlet text was too small to read. The app does not give you all the functionality shown on the website, which is quite slick and appealing. In fact it is quite limited. Had I know how bad the app is I would not have bought this watch. If the app did what the website shows, I think it would be a good buy. Not happy at all. ### 1/5 — It’s ok *2022-08-11* The pedometer on the app doesn’t work, it does check my pulse and blood pressure. I’m supposed to be reporting steps which it why I got this phone. And it’s attractive. I can’t buy more because the pedometer doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Don't bother *2022-01-09* I bought this watch as a replacement for my Huawei watch; strap kept burning my skin. The reviews on the website were good so after downloading the app I compared it to the Huawei. Not a patch on it. The pedometer was off so I reset both the app and the watch. Both watch and app are frankly useless and unless support is there - which it isn't - they are taking money under false pretenses. For example: I walked up the stairs and it read 250 steps. I tripped and it went up to 289. Even though I wasn't walking - I just held it - the pedometer increased by a completely disproportionate amount. Heart Monitor : don't bother Sport: Doesn't monitor so what is the point?! Everything is okay. However For The Last 2 Nights No Sleep Data Has Recorded! My Sleep Time Is Visible on The Smart Tracker! I Got This Mainly To Keep A Check On My Steps and Blood Pressure. Thankfully These Are Being Recorded Successfully! ### 4/5 — Excellent *2020-07-16* Very similar functions to iwatch and fit bit but less than half the price, didn’t even need to look at the user manual to set it up, even came with a pin to take links out to fit my wrist properly. Even if this watch lasted 2month before it broke I would feel I got my money’s worth. This is total opposite to other reviews so maybe I’m lucky. I’m only on day 1 though. So fingers crossed I don’t have to eat my words. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Sleep data sometimes disappears. Also, there are some spelling mistakes, e.g. Friday (Fri) is spelt Fir in the Alarm settings, plus the spelling on night is spelt ninght. And the date format on the watch appears to me American only (MM/DD). Can you please create an option for (DD/MM)? Can you please fix?
