## What is Walkie?

Share your daily steps with friends and give each other a reason to keep walking. Walkie brings your group’s steps, daily goal, and encouragement together in one place.

SHARE YOUR EVERYDAY STEPS
See how everyone in your group is progressing toward the daily step goal. A walk to work or a short evening stroll can be part of it.

GIVE A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT
Send a gentle nudge or cheer with a tap. Check in on a friend’s progress and celebrate their effort.

KEEP TRACK WITHOUT MANUAL ENTRY
Walkie reads steps from your iPhone’s motion sensor and the Health app, including steps recorded by Apple Watch. You can review your own walking records in the app.

START WITH SOMEONE YOU KNOW
Create a private group and invite a friend to join. Public groups are also available when you want to find a group to walk with.

STEP DATA AND PERMISSIONS
Walkie asks for permission to read your step count. Steps are the only health data it reads, and it does not write data to Health. Your step count is shared with members of the groups you join. Notifications let you receive nudges and cheers.

Invite a friend and start sharing today’s steps.
