It’s smooth and works well on my phone, but it would be even better if it were available on the Apple Watch (or any smartwatch, for that matter). Having the app on a smartwatch would be a great backup in case your phone is out of battery or you’ve left it somewhere. The extra flexibility would make it even more reliable for busy days when access needs to be quick and convenient. The complaints about “what if I have a dead phone battery” are silly. Apparently the concierge “can’t help me” and I have to wait for the leasing office, but I have to work during those hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, dead phone battery?
