I still don’t have access to the garage where my car is because this app doesn’t work. Apparently the concierge “can’t help me” and I have to wait for the leasing office, but I have to work during those hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, dead phone battery? Left your phone in your apartment? Don’t own a smart phone? You just don’t have access to your own home

Goldfarb is always trying to change something that doesn’t need to be changed. You guys ever heard of if “it’s it’s not broken don’t fix it”. This app doesn’t work for anyone I know. Then when someone phone dies how would they get into their place.

So nice to not carry keys anymore!  I have been using for months and it has been 100% reliable. The complaints about “what if I have a dead phone battery” are silly.  Be a responsible adult and charge your device.

Easy, simple, outstanding tool that if you lose your keys just make sure you have a friend with this app on the phone that if your, personal, buisness and spare phone got stolen……..you would still would not need $700 for a locksmith.   Just looking forward to when it is available be automated to my ‘Apple home  system’. Apparently they are in negotiations with that!!! Awesome

Overall, WalkinIQ is a super convenient app that we rely on at home to open our door. It’s smooth and works well on my phone, but it would be even better if it were available on the Apple Watch (or any smartwatch, for that matter). Having the app on a smartwatch would be a great backup in case your phone is out of battery or you’ve left it somewhere. The extra flexibility would make it even more reliable for busy days when access needs to be quick and convenient. Looking forward to hopefully seeing this feature added!
