Being able to see an apartment so seamlessly and on your own schedule is priceless. So user friendly too! We came across a Goldfarb Property listing we really liked and decided to do a SelfTour+ via the Walk.in app. We downloaded the app, added the apartment key to our wallet (which also opens the lobby door), and viewed it on our own schedule. It was extremely convenient, easy, and best of all free. Needless to say, we ended up signing a 1yr lease and are very happy with our decision. ### 5/5 — Revolutionary Idea! *2019-12-02* I was able to view an apartment seamlessly, in and out without having any awkward or unwanted interactions. Once I toured the apartment, I was able to ask questions via e-mail. And in a matter of days, I was moving into a new apartment. Having to download, go thru signing up only to be shown a loading error page. etc etc - it’s easier to book a flight, just took my client to another building that doesn’t have this mess that just wasted 10 minutes of my life on something so that couldn’t be accomplished. ### 1/5 — App shuts down *2024-03-16, version 3.3* When i click on unit to see the unit it shuts down ### 1/5 — Issues with the app *2022-11-04* I have tried for 2 days now to verified my number and still have yet to get pass through this issue. I was really hoping I could get access to this app. ### 1/5 — Unable to confirm phone number *2022-10-17, version 2.2* I was excited to start using +SelfTour. Unfortunately, I’m not able to use it because of a bug that won’t allow me to confirm my phone number. Whenever I put in my phone number, I don’t get a code. I tried getting the code sent again, but still no code. I tried signing up with my email, Gmail and App store account and was not able to get around this issue. Like I mention to you this app is for self touring an apparent in person not to virtually your the unit. Every time I put my number to confirm, it kicks me out the app. It sends me a text but then when I try to log in the process starts over. You can video chat or chat with the agent while you are viewing the apartment but essentially you are alone on your own schedule, how cool! It was such an easy process and a serious game changer. I appreciate it more than ever considering the pandemic and social distancing rules. I found my place same day thanks to this app!
