I noticed a charge today (April) and another from January. I immediately called my bank to dispute charges but they suggested I get proof first. But again, the app doesn’t show up in subscriptions and I haven’t had it on my phone in 6 months. Also don’t have any emails. I only found a way to get in touch with customer support by reading through the reviews (where I see several have had a similar issue). I was told I wouldn’t be refunded due to their policy. It’s not worth spending more time on with them so I’ll eat the cost, but wanted to caution others. **Developer response:** Hello! We’re sorry to hear about your experience. I had to prove my payment by sending bank statements. DO NOT USE THIS APP The app is still active They should send me a cheque. For $29.99 (more if you miss the skip button for the upgrade that is barely visible) you get a walking app. Breathe, walk slow to warm up, then moderate, then briskly. Oh, and drink water. There, I have just shared for free what you get. The tai chi portion is a 27 page pdf of illustrated moves.
