There is no easy way to cancel subscription!!! ### 1/5 — Unauthorized Charges After Subscription Cancellation *2026-07-20, version 1.7.1* This is a serious scam. I canceled my subscription on June 9 and then again on June 21, yet I was still charged for both June and July. I contacted the company by email, and they refused to issue a refund, even though I have screenshots showing that I received confirmation emails stating that my subscription had been canceled. Charging customers after they have canceled their subscription is completely unacceptable. I’d unsubscribed, couldn’t even login with a password reset ! Apparently no way to roll back a Services transaction. Not had a single email from them since I unsubscribed unsurprisingly ! Don’t buy this app. ### 1/5 — Neurodivergents, BEWARE; too expensive & no refund NO MATTER WHAT (predatory jerks) *2026-07-15, version 1.7.1* This may be a lovely app; I wouldn’t know as it was never compelling enough for me to use it. But it was paired with an app the purported to help with ADHD so I got the free trial. I don’t think I even tried one workout. Then it auto-renewed an ANNUAL subscription that was over $200. I reached out to customer service immediately to explain the situation and ask for a refund. Nope. “The renewal was processed correctly” so they can’t offer my money back. They can see that I literally NEVER used the app. Charlatans. If you know you’ll cancel in time, maybe give it a try? I can’t speak to the app itself. If you want a $200+ app that has reasonable customer support, STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2026-07-10, version 1.7.1* Do not get sucked in and waste your money like I did. I bought a 1 month plan for £11:99 and did not subscribe for anything else and one month later they have charged my credit card £31.98 and refusing to refund me. ### 3/5 — Not free *2026-07-07, version 1.7.1* The app os free but you have to pay in order to get your plan, so basically it’s a paid app. So I deleted it. I was hoping for a free basic plan to help me lose some weight but I guess I’ll just ask ChatGPT to write me one. ### 1/5 — Scum *2026-07-07, version 1.7.1* I have been charged without my knowledge this app is scam ### 1/5 — SCAM Beware fees rise from £10 to over £105 in 30 days *2026-07-03, version 1.7.1* Beware! This is not a company to be trusted. If you are signing up at £10.79 per month be aware that this will be increasing to £31.98 in the second month - this will be charged to your account by a different seller bank account to avoid any stops on the first account. In addition, they will charge a further £73.49 from a third bank account on the same day - this is done by slipping in a "free trial" package that you do not even know about, and then charging you once that trial has expired. This brings the total charges after 30 days to over £105 (more than 10x the first month charge). They will not refund you. They are not a reputable or honest company. It is a scam. WY will respond to this review with "We understand your concern regarding the situation you've described. We'd like to kindly remind that the relevant terms are always clearly outlined from the start. Please email with your account details and any order number so we can review everything noted." or similar responsibility avoidance and to excuse continuing with their dishonest business practices, whilst flooding the reviews with what look like fake positive reviews to counter the negative ones. It is a scam. No less, no more. Don't fall for it (like I did) ### 1/5 — Beware of Auto-Renewal *2026-07-02, version 1.7.1* I was charged again for another 3-month subscription, even though I only used the program for about 3 days and did not intend to renew. When I originally signed up, I paid $24/3 month. This renewal charged me $53, which was both unexpected and significantly higher than the original price. ### 1/5 — Be careful *2026-06-30, version 1.7.1* I thought I would try the free trial, which I paid for but never used, but that was my choice as it seemed like a good idea at the time, then 2 months later I realised I am being charged £31.98 2 payments taken and 1 pending 😡 on contracting the company I was told the subscription that I didn’t know I had had been cancelled now but I will not get a refund and they are still going to take the pending payment!!! So unless you are happy to pay £31.98 p/month avoid the so called trial as they will up the cost and continue to take your money until you notice !! 😡 then have no compassion ### 1/5 — Would give zero if possible *2026-06-25, version 1.7.1* Terrible app designed as a scam to take your money. Cancelled my plan in Feb and they continued to charge me at a ridiculous cost. Contacted them directly and while they acknowledged that my account was cancelled and the mistake was on their end they refuse to refund money. Contacting my credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau to start the process of being refunded. When they do cancel the subscription- it is ended immediately - so you land up paying £41+ for nothing. Looked into, decided it was too much per month.. over £30. More than my local gym!!! So cancelled. Do I thought. Today I get a call from the fraudulent team and highlight the payments have been continuing. Do not buy this app!! The subscription wasn’t visible in my Apple subscriptions because it renewed via Apple Pay, and I received no reminder before the payment was taken. Customer support repeatedly sent what appeared to be standard template responses and refused to escalate my request or offer any goodwill refund. Be aware that if you sign up, you’ll need to set your own reminder, as refunds don’t appear to be considered even if you cancel immediately and don’t use the service. ### 1/5 — Doing scam & taking money *2026-07-30, version 1.7.1* Basically this app is doing a scam with the another mind-way app. I know I took subscription for this app and cancelled the subscription for on time. But after one month they charged me 48$ for service that I didn’t chose and wasn’t showing on apple wallet. I cancelled the subscription immediately. I have just noticed that they started taking money from my PayPal account . Many people have had the same problem. DONT TRY THIS APP. I am now trying to get my money refunded. I have contacted the company and they say I have to produce evidence that I cancel. I asked them to show me that they sent me a reminder every 3 minutes months that were taking my money. So far they haven’t shown me any evidence. I believe under the 2024 digital services act that this is a requirement. It is obvious from the app that I never progressed past the 1st section/lesson.
