Bardzo dobra aplikacja w wersji płatnej szkoda tylko że taka droga myślę że jeśli kosztowała by 20-30€ miałaby więcej klientów premium

I purchased the pro version. In my opinion, it's not worth it. The only value is the list of trails sorted by ratings and comments. The rest didn't work as expected: the weather forecast for the trails was rarely accurate; the app showed full sun, but in reality, it was constantly raining. Worst of all, it showed the trail as open when, in reality, it was closed due to weather conditions. Information could be found on the VisitMadeira website, which I recommend and which proved much more useful.

App is fine but I purchased a subscription specifically so that I could download GPX to my watch and that button endlessly asks me to buy a subscription (I can see it’s in my subscriptions so I assume the fault is with the app)

The app is outdated and not maintained anymore. Some trails might be closed or partially closed. If you do use the app make sure you check the trail info in other sources as well. Other than that the routes are quite accurate if you are only looking for some general info about the trails. But for a paid app I would expect regular maintenance.

I used for a holiday in Madeira. The list of walks was not exhaustive, the information was either not up to date (walks closed as a result of wildfires) or incomplete. There was a lack of in-depth or insightful information - other sources and sites provided better. The links to transport information (particularly buses) was difficult to follow (partly due to the poor & confusing local bus information).
On the plus side the app worked and the geo-location was reassuring generally. However, on the one walk we really needed it, the diversion route was not shown on geolocation so might as well have not bothered. Would not recommend.

We work hard to keep all information up-to-date, especially with frequent updates on trail conditions due to events like wildfires, landslides, or weather. We recommend enabling geolocation and accepting updates when prompted, as Madeira’s trails are constantly evolving. Signal can be weaker in valleys or tunnels, but it’s generally available along most paths.

Regarding transport, less populated areas may indeed have limited schedules, especially between weekdays and weekends. Please feel free to send us further details so we can investigate any specific iss

Eine sehr gute App für alle die sich nicht auskennen auf der Insel aber auch für diejenigen, die glauben alles besser zu wissen😜 leider fehlen(zum Teil) aktuelle Routenänderungen aufgrund von Tunnelschliessung seitens des Anbieters… daher auch neuste Kommentare lesen, hilfreich!

A première vue l’appli est vraiment bien faite avec les cartes et toutes les infos requises. Par contre, comment sélectionner une randonnée à partir d’un point donné ?
Exemple : je réside dans un hôtel à Calheta. Quelles randonnées sont à proximité.

Es ist eine nette Sammlung von vielen Wanderungen auf Madeira, aber die kann man auch an anderer Stelle erhalten. 
Was mich bewogen hatte die App zu kaufen, war die Behauptung der Entwickler, tagesaktuell über Sperrungen oder Behinderungen zu informieren.
Dies stimmt so nicht!
Touren die als gesperrt angezeigt wurden, waren geöffnet und konnten gelaufen werden. Eine andere Tour war versperrt, aber es fehlte der Hinweis in der App, die meldete nämlich keine Sperrung.
Wenn man nicht wirklich sicherstellen kann, dass  man aktuelle Einschränkungen mitteilt und wieder aufhebt, sollte man es garnicht tun.
Ich würde die App nicht wieder kaufen.

Il y a vraiment pas mal de belle balade à faire il y a le filtre sans prétention mais vraiment bien fait dans la facilité ou au plus dure en rond ou aller simple donc un retour obligé mais il peut y avoir un bus ? Je trouve cette application excellente je ne suis pas à madère mais on peut considérer que je la visite et de plus il y a la 3D vraiment sympathique ! Il faut savoir aussi être humble avec un petit sac à dos des bonne chaussures peu être un pancho léger si il a pluie ou humidité certain parcourt demande un petit casque pour les tunnels de lovada !!!!

Tout à fait à l’image de madère… un pionnier dans l’art de la randonnée payante. Au prix de l’entrée, un système de réservation performant et gratuit serait la moindre des choses. On en est loin! Je regrette déjà mon séjour !

Paid my money thinking from what I read that I would have access to all the walks and be able to download them - absolute rubbish. Can only access onto gps if I pay more money on a monthly basis. Would not have paid for what it offers

Access to all walks is included in the paid plans, however the download of original GPX files is an exclusive feature of the Lifetime plan, which is clearly indicated in the subscription details in the store and in the app. Monthly plans includes GPX export of any trail you record inside the app. We understand this may not have matched your expectations and we apologize for any confusion. I purchased a basic subscription for this app after a personal recommendation. When it didn’t work I tried to upgrade to a pro membership and was charged the full amount for both! And it still doesn’t work. Would not recommend, don’t waste your time with this app.

Update - I was refunded both subscriptions within 48 hours, however I still ended up in the middle of a cloud when I was hoping to watch the sunrise :(

You have to pay for a subscription to use it, I got the basic subscription for 8 eur monthly because I only needed it for one walk - and it didn’t work, kept telling me I should update to pro!! Total scam and phone number for app doesnt work either. Frankly I want my money back.

Très peu d’informations utiles pour les randonnées et cher pour des informations qu’on trouve facilement ailleurs. Pas à jour pour la randonnée mythique PR1…

Aujourd’hui , jeudi 2 » mars 2025 toutes les randonnées de Madère sont marqués fermés  temporairement.
heureusement que personne ne suit cette indication stupide qui 
s applique à toutes les randonnées !!
le problème c’est que certaines sont vraiment fermées pour de bonnes raisons,  mais comme 
l appli a décidé pour nous que tout était interdit elle nous met de fait en danger !

Très bonne application complète et intuitive, qui permet de choisir ses randos à madère. Le petit plus la position sur map des points de départ précis de chaque rando
A télécharger absolument si vous souhaitez faire de la rando à madère 
Quelques points d’amélioration :
- référencer a minima tous les PR (ex 15 et 19 manquants)
- préciser les capacités de parking au niveau des départs pas toujours facile de se garer dans les petits villages

We have walked several of the levadas in the app. I find the location tracking and things to look for on the route extremely useful. We always supplement the route with a map to locate bus stops and starting locations.

Eine wirklich extrem hilfreiche Handy App. Ich hab mich viel durch Internetseiten und Bücher gewöhnt, um Wanderhinweise für levadas zu bekommen. Diese App ist das beste, was es zu dem Thema gibt.

Das tollste sind die Kommentarfunktion und auch der Fakt, dass viele Benutzer Kommentare zum Zustand der Wanderung hinterlassen. So hatten wir immer aktuellere Informationen. Teilweise aktueller als auf den offiziellen Internetseiten von Madeira angegeben.

Perfekt wäre es noch, wenn es eine Exportmöglichkeit für GPX Dateien gäbe

We used this to pick and plan three hikes whilst on holiday. It was fantastic! We didn’t get lost, the comments from others are highly valuable. I would just check weather separately for different heights before heading - maybe something to be incorporated into the app. 100% worth the money!
