## What is Walkpad Sync?

WalkPad Sync connects your LifeSpan TR1200-DT3 treadmill to Apple Health, automatically syncing your workout data.

FEATURES:

 • Prevents duplicate entries in Apple Health
 • Works over your local network

 HOW IT WORKS:
 1. Set up the WalkPad Sync server on your local network (see GitHub for instructions)
 2. Configure the app to connect to your server
 3. Your treadmill workouts automatically appear in Apple Health

 REQUIREMENTS:
 • LifeSpan TR1200-DT3 treadmill (or compatible model)
 • WalkPad Sync server running on your local network
 • iOS 17 or later
