If you enjoy meeting goals or crossing things off lists but make it fun, this is a good way to motivate yourself into getting more steps. The missions are like a list to check off but it only works when you find the right planets during exploring. Exploring and building and upgrading all take an increasing amount of time, money, and cubes and to speed it up you walk. You unlock more ways to help yourself using steps to generate currency as you progress so it keeps the small incremental motivations coming as the game progresses and the only thing a subscription would add is more things to walk and spend energy and coins on so I’m personally waiting on that because there’s so much to do even without it. If it works for your brain then it really works.
