I’m supposed to get an email saying I won and delivery instructions. Nothing yet. The app has no way to “contact” or “report” an issue. Is this just a scam to keep people engaged? **Developer response:** Hello! An email was sent to you a couple days ago to congratulate you on your win. Additionally, your MacBook has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided us. Every prize that we offer is won by real people, and delivered to them. They just hope you fork over the money for the paid service, but you don’t actually win anything! Dumped over 1 million entries on a single item and still lost. App is a money grab scam use extreme caution ⚠️ **Developer response:** Hello! We are not running a scam here. In fact, we are bound by gaming laws that force our system to be fair and legal. Our prizes run in a Prize-Draw format, where every additional ticket entered into the prize-draw increases your chances of winning it. I can fully understand the frustration of saving up a million tickets to then lose the prize you were hoping for, but please keep in mind that you are competing for prizes against an entire user-base who are all submitting thousands of tickets with the same goal in mind.
