## What is WalkThen?

WalkThen helps you reduce automatic app opening without deleting the apps you enjoy.

Choose an app to protect. Carry your iPhone and walk. Every 500 verified iPhone steps earns 10 minutes by default. Spend earned minutes on a timed access session; when it ends, WalkThen protects your selection again.

The free plan includes one app, the 500-step-to-10-minute rule, and 5- or 10-minute sessions. WalkThen Pro adds multiple apps, categories and websites, custom exchange rules, access hours, 15- and 20-minute sessions, and seven-day progress/share cards.

Motion & Fitness powers earning. Optional Apple Health access shows a daily total for context only and never creates credit. Screen Time permission is required to protect and temporarily unlock your selection. There is no WalkThen account. Emergency unlock and disconnect controls remain available in Settings.
