Please fix! **Developer response:** Thanks for letting us know - this has been fixed! ### 2/5 — Good concept but… *2026-04-17* I thought this app might be an upgrade to the app I’d been using for a few years. I was wrong. I loved the announcer voices, but not being able to preview a players name before using a credit is annoying. I had to change the phonetic spelling 3 times for a few players. I had my songs downloaded from Apple Music and times were set exactly how I wanted. The “now batting” portion worked inconsistently. Random parts of the song would play instead of what I selected. Most of the girls heard their name only because the songs cut off after 2 seconds. I was right beside the speaker. Used the app with WiFi and without. **Developer response:** Hi Vwp3110, thanks for giving us a shot and for the honest review! We're a small team constantly working to make this the best walk-up app out there, and feedback from the field is exactly how we do it. The timestamp issue you ran into was a bug that we actually just squashed in Version 3.0! The short cut-offs might have been a cell service drop at the park, but we are actively working on making playback bulletproof even with a spotty connection. Finally, adding a name preview before saving is a brilliant idea—we loved it so much we just added it to our immediate roadmap. Also, I’d like to say thank you to the developers for being so responsive to feedback back. They modified the app near instantly and it worked fabulous after that.
